Job summary

You will drive denial management, root-cause analysis, and SOP development while coaching teams and refining EMR workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6 years revenue cycle experience preferred.
• 2+ years insurance resolution experience and 4+ years combined medical billing/payments experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR navigation.

Responsibilities

• Maximize cash realization and ensure deposits.
• Serve as escalation for complex insurance issues and billing questions.
• Coach call center staff on revenue cycle fundamentals.
• Audit and refine EMR workflows to reduce manual intervention.
