Job summary

RealManage is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist in Plano, TX. The role focuses on payment processing, revenue reconciliation, and client communication within a fast-growing HOA management environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of AR/AP experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and excellent organizational and communication skills. This on-site position offers competitive hourly pay and a supportive team culture at RealManage.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of AR/AP experience or general accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Windows, Outlook and accounting software.
• GAAP familiarity and bank reconciliations experience.
• Strong detail orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve payment posting issues accurately.
• Process property conveyance and payment postings from various parties.
• Record and deposit payments; reconcile daily transactions and monthly bank statements.
• Collaborate with internal departments and clients on billing matters.
• Maintain prioritization to meet service targets and deadlines.
• Identify process improvements and assist implementing better procedures.
