LOCATION OF (1) POSITION(S) TO BE FILLED: DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, PROCESSING DIVISION, DAVIDSON COUNTY
This position is designed to be remote after one year probation.
Qualifications
Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in business administration, business data processing, or related fields; and/or systems analysis, data processing, or related computer and information sciences, with at least three years of full-time work experience in clerical accounting, data entry, coding correction, or systems analysis.
Substitution of Experience for Education: Experience in clerical accounting, data processing, or systems analysis may substitute for the required education, up to four years.
OR
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with four years of relevant full-time work experience in clerical accounting, data processing, or systems analysis.
OR
Education and Experience: Associate's degree in relevant fields plus four years of full-time experience in clerical accounting, data processing, or systems analysis.
Two years as a Revenue Processing Quality Assurance Reviewer or Revenue Processing Technician 2 also qualifies.

Examination Method: Education and Experience, 100%, for Preferred Service positions.
Overview
Summary: Responsible for supervisory work of considerable difficulty, overseeing clerical, para-professional, or professional staff in tax processing functions within the Department of Revenue.
