Qualifications

• Education and work experience: Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Five years hospital/medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews accounts to ensure timely/ full reimbursement per payer contracts.
• Validates insurance coverage, contract assignment and authorization status for high-dollar/ at-risk accounts.
• Tracks denials and systemic issues; escalates to the Director as needed.
• Supports AR reserve analysis and revenue leakage prevention initiatives.
• Prepares reports for payer escalations and appeals; collaborates with Revenue Cycle leaders.

Education

Associate’s/Technical Degree (or equivalent)
