Job summary

Adventist Health Simi Valley is seeking a Revenue Reimbursement Coordinator for a full-time, onsite role with 8-hour day shifts in Simi Valley, CA. You will review accounts, validate payer adjudication against contracts, and prepare analytic reports to identify trends and systemic issues.

Collaborate with multiple Revenue Cycle teams to support denial prevention and reimbursement optimization. Required: Associate/Technical Degree or equivalent; five years hospital/medical office experience

Qualifications

• 5 years' hospital/medical office experience preferred.
• Associate/Technical degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if experience is strong.

Responsibilities

• Performs account-level reviews to ensure timely and full reimbursement according to payer contracts.
• Validates insurance coverage, contract assignment, and authorization status for high-dollar accounts.
• Supports AR Reserve analysis and identifies trends affecting net patient revenues.
• Collaborates with Revenue Cycle leaders to correct process gaps and prevent revenue leakage.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
