Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field as required.
• 5+ years in billing, charge documentation, or revenue cycle activities.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Access, and Business Objects highly desired.
• Licensure/certification in RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CPC/COC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze patient data to identify documentation and coding gaps.
• Develop action plans to prevent denials and improve revenue cycle.
• Perform audits and report findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with clinical and PBS teams for compliant charge capture.
• Travel between locations within the region as needed.
