Legion Health is hiring a Market Expansion & Clinician Operations Lead to turn expansion plans into market-ready care capacity. You will align market prioritization, state-entry execution, workforce forecasting, recruiting, onboarding, and capacity deployment into a single operating process.

You will partner with Operations, Clinical, Revenue & Network Operations, Provider Partnerships, Finance, Product, and Engineering to surface risks, manage dependencies, and ensure a sustainable clinical

Qualifications

• Experience leading healthcare operations or multi-market launches.
• Evidence of taking complex programs from planning to measurable results.
• Strong workforce planning, analytical, and financial judgment.
• Familiarity with clinician recruiting, onboarding, licensing, and payer readiness.

Responsibilities

• Build market-entry plans connecting demand, payer readiness, clinician supply and capacity.
• Run launch readiness reviews with owners, milestones and risks.
• Coordinate state entry and payer readiness with legal, compliance and clinical partners.
• Forecast clinician demand and productive capacity by market and specialty.
• Own the recruiting-to-deployment process in collaboration with recruiting and clinical teams.
• Improve handoffs across licensing, credentialing, contracts, and scheduling to readiness.
• Create dashboards for offer-to-ready conversion, capacity utilization, and coverage gaps.
• Track compensation administration and reconciliation with finance.
• Monitor launch performance through first visit to cash milestones.
• Document repeatable playbooks and automate coordination where possible.
• Build dependable operating cadence for market readiness and actions.
