Legion Health is hiring a Market Expansion & Clinician Operations Lead to translate expansion plans into markets ready for care, with the right clinician capacity. You will align market prioritization, state-entry execution, workforce forecasting, recruiting, onboarding, and capacity deployment into a reliable operating process.

You will partner with Operations, Clinical, Revenue & Network Operations, Provider Partnerships, Finance, Product, and Engineering to surface risks early and ensure

Qualifications

• Experience owning healthcare operations or multi-market operating functions.
• Hands-on systems mindset with process documentation and automation.
• Ability to coordinate multiple partners while keeping decision rights clear.
• Strong forecasting and capacity-modeling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build market-entry plans connecting demand, payer readiness, clinician supply, and capacity.
• Run launch readiness reviews with defined owners, milestones, risks, and gates.
• Coordinate state-entry and payer-entry readiness with legal, compliance, and clinical partners.
• Forecast clinician demand and productive capacity by market and specialty.
• Own recruiting through onboarding, readiness, and productive deployment with clinical teams.
• Improve handoffs across licensing, credentialing, and system access for readiness.
• Create dashboards for offer-to-ready conversion, capacity, and utilization.
• Partner on accurate clinician compensation and reconciliation with Finance.
