Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Media Revenue & Yield Operations to lead revenue operations and yield management across onsite, offsite, in-store, and partner channels. You will drive data-driven decisions, optimize inventory monetization, and enable cross-functional visibility into performance.

The role partners with Sales, Finance, Client Success, Ad Operations, Product, Analytics, and Tech to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and 4+ years in Marketing/Marketing Operations.
Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify opportunities, issues, trends, or exceptions.
Experience with marketing automation.
Experience with Adobe marketing technology stack and data platforms.
Experience with funnel analysis and campaign ROI analysis.
Experience with unifying reporting and data visualization.
Experience with budgeting/procurement management.
Experience with workflow and process design.
At least 2 years contributing to financial decisions and leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead ROI and funnel data analysis to inform strategic investments.
Align with marketing on calendars, plans, and data integration.
Rank activation priorities using data across enterprise and external sources.
Monitor measurement tools and refine measurement processes.
Guide prioritization of initiatives and sizing of impact on growth metrics.
Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reporting across channels.
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain performance measurement and reporting.
