Responsibilities

• Execute centralized quoting processes to meet quote goals and revenue targets.
• Generate Quick Estimate (QE) and Enhancement Request Quotes (ERQ).
• Interact with customers on consultation, design, quoting and fulfillment of ticket stock orders.
• Negotiate pricing with ticket stock suppliers and manage end-to-end orders for on-time delivery.
• Ensure quotes are accurate and delivered promptly; prioritize as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers for ticket stock fulfillment.
• Review purchase orders according to policy and negotiated terms.
• Assist with monthly ticketing stock and supplies forecasting.
• Create monthly Open Sales Order reports and update forecast for all orders.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation reflecting current procedures.
• Negotiate pricing with vendors, obtain discounts on large orders, and track upcoming sales.
