Job summary

Residex is scaling fast in Austin, TX, and seeks a Revenue Operations Analyst, Data & Reporting to own the health of marketing and sales data and ensure one trustworthy answer across systems. You will triage reporting requests, maintain consistent definitions, build clean Excel models, and document data logic so analyses aren’t reliant on tribal knowledge.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Business Analytics or Data Analytics.
• Advanced analytics coursework preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Attention to detail and ability to clearly communicate numbers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the intake point for reporting requests from Marketing, Sales, Rev Ops, and Finance.
• Own the accuracy and consistency of core reporting definitions across HubSpot, NetSuite, and Excel.
• Pull, reconcile, and present data across systems for monthly/quarterly cycles with clean Excel models.
• Maintain documentation of data definitions, report logic, and known limitations.
• Use AI tools to speed up data cleaning, deduplication, and report generation; identify automation opportunities.
