Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel or Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Hotel Sales, Contact Center, or Third-Party Distribution.
• Proficiency with Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
• Effective time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with property management systems (Opera, LMS) and CRM tools.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and integrity in all duties.

Responsibilities

• Book, change, cancel, and reconfirm reservations for hotel, casino, leisure and group.
• Promote upsells of rooms, suites, restaurants, and shows.
• Answer multi-line phone system and manage the reservations queue.
• Collaborate with Group and Leisure Sales on room blocks and pickups.
• Provide highest level of customer service to all guests.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company rules and regulations.
