Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is building a Revenue Operations function to unify sales performance reporting for its EHS & ESG business unit. This role is the analytical backbone, turning scattered data into a trusted source of truth for GTM performance.

You will own the reporting infrastructure, cadence, and data stewardship practices to enable confident revenue forecasting and decision making. Collaboration with Sales, IT, and Ops is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or revenue operations or similar analytical role for B2B.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM with reporting/dashboards.
• Strong Excel/analytics skills and BI tool experience (Power BI).
• Able to build repeatable reporting processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own single source of truth for sales performance reporting.
• Design the revenue cadence pipeline, forecast, and bookings reviews.
• Develop dashboards aligned to L2R KPI framework for decision making.
• Support territory design, segmentation, and quota analytics.
• Maintain data quality standards for CRM account hierarchy and data enrichment.
