Job summary

Living Shores in the NH region seeks an In Park Revenue Operations Supervisor to oversee food & beverage and retail operations. You will report to the Food & Beverage Manager and Retail Manager, lead a team, manage budgets, and drive revenue while controlling costs.

You will mentor staff, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate catering and events. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced theme park environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible schedule and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Practical knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) technology and PCI compliance preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control all financial aspects of assigned departments while maximizing revenue and cost savings opportunities.
• Maintain budgets and monitor department spending.
• Evaluate current operations and implement cost-reduction measures to improve food quality, guest experience and employee satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach team members; supervise hiring, orientation, training, performance coaching, and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with NH state health regulations and other inspections.
• Assist with team scheduling and timekeeping; participate in daily revenue meetings and MOD program.
• Manage catering, events and group sales initiatives; maintain inventory and place orders.
• Ensure cleanliness and stock levels; coordinate product deliveries and labeling.
• Complete daily/weekly documentation and manage waste, spoilage and damages.
• Obtain ServSafe certification; report hazards to management.
