Job summary

AGS is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager- Interactive to serve as the analytical backbone of its commercial organization. You will own the Interactive revenue forecast, reporting models, and performance analysis, turning data into actionable recommendations for leadership and Account Managers.

This role partnerships across Finance, Product, and cross-functional teams to improve visibility and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, FP&A, or related analytical role.
• Experience building and owning revenue forecasts or financially focused models.
• Proficiency with BI tools and data visualization; Power BI preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; data accuracy and reporting integrity emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue forecasting and performance tracking, including variance analysis and drivers.
• Develop bottoms-up monthly forecasts across accounts and segments.
• Improve forecasting methodology and reporting processes; ensure data quality.
• Translate data into concise commercial recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance, Account Management, Product, and Data teams.
