Job description

TekStream has an immediate need for a Revenue Operations Specialist (preferably with Pipeline CRM and Apollo.io experience) for a remote 2-3 month contract (30-40/hrs a week).

The ideal candidate has experience in Marketing and/or Sales revenue functions and is both technical and strategic, capable of identifying issues and building practical, efficient solutions with minimal oversight.

In this role, the RevOps Specialist will help establish and streamline our client's revenue operations systems by building foundational elements across data sourcing, sales sequencing tools, reporting, and workflow automation. You'll work closely with go-to-market and operations stakeholders to ensure systems are aligned and scalable.

What you'll be doing...

Data Infrastructure and Sourcing

  • Set up reliable data flows across CRM, outbound tools, and marketing platforms
  • Integrate and normalize lead, account, and engagement data for reporting and operations
  • Ensure data quality and structure meets operational and analytical needs

Sequencer and Tool Configuration

  • Configure, optimize, and document sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Apollo, Pipedrive, Salesloft)
  • Create and manage automated sequences for outbound campaigns
  • Establish lead routing and assignment logic within CRM and engagement tools

Reporting and Analytics

  • Build dashboards and reports to track pipeline, conversion rates, and campaign performance
  • Implement or refine attribution models and lead scoring frameworks
  • Support visibility for sales and marketing teams with actionable insights

Process Automation and Documentation

  • Automate repetitive workflows using platforms such as Zapier or native tool integrations
  • Document processes and configurations for handoff to internal teams
  • Propose process improvements to reduce friction and increase visibility across RevOps

What we're looking for...

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Ops, or similar roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Pipedrive, Constant Contact, and BI tools (Looker, Power BI, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to build and integrate systems in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes and B2B lead funnels
  • Self-starter who is comfortable taking ownership and driving work independently

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or sales-led organizations
  • Prior freelance or contract experience is a plus
