We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist who will play a crucial role in supporting the Revenue Operations team by focusing on data analysis, reporting, automation, and providing operational support to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. This role will work closely with the RevOps Manager and Systems Analyst to optimise our revenue processes, enhance visibility into key metrics, and ensure efficient operations.

What you will do
  1. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales & marketing performance, customer success metrics, and overall revenue operations effectiveness.
  2. Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across sales and customer success teams.
  3. Monitor data integrity and accuracy, ensuring reliable reporting and analysis.
  4. Provide ongoing support to the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams by addressing operational questions, resolving data discrepancies, and providing training on reports and tools.
  5. Collaborate with the Systems Analyst to ensure seamless integration and data flow between CRM and other systems.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process changes, providing training, support, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption and compliance.
  7. Maintain clear, up-to-date process documentation in Confluence to support team alignment, training, and knowledge sharing.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in revenue operations and process improvement methodologies.
About you
  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  2. Knowledge of revenue operations processes and best practices, including sales pipeline management.
  3. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  5. Detail-oriented mindset and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from ideation to implementation.
  7. Continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  8. Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot ideally), sales automation tools, or revenue management software is a plus.
