Job description

The Revenue Operations Specialist will be part of the Revenue Operations team, primarily supporting Sales Teams in the Americas to achieve their financial and strategic goals. This role will collaborate with leadership in Finance, Data Analytics, and Sales to drive operational efficiencies and add value.

This position requires a strong analytical and strategic mindset, focusing on presenting accurate data related to projected revenue, key performance indicators, and providing strategic recommendations. Success in this role depends on technical skills (automation, Power BI, Tableau, visualization), project management, critical thinking, and a robust understanding of available data.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with Commercial Finance, Insights, and Sales teams to develop and maintain accurate reporting tools.
  • Provide regular reports on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
  • Deliver metrics and KPIs promptly, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors and BDEs to build analytical models, tools, and processes, offering excellent service to stakeholders.
  • Break down complex problems and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Use presentation and visualization software to communicate projections and results effectively.
  • Coordinate efficiency solutions to maximize resource utilization among revenue-driving stakeholders.
  • Handle ad hoc reporting across business lines as required.
  • Manage larger projects involving cross-department collaboration to implement efficiency initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales leads, finance, shared services, and marketing teams.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, or related field.
  • MBA or CPA preferred but not required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools (e.g., TM1, Anaplan, Salesforce).
  • Experience with VBA, Power BI, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Experience with automation workflows and AI tools.
  • Strong business and industry acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, data modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to team development and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to handle complex projects and drive solutions.
  • Effective collaboration and influence with senior executives.
  • Proven track record of process improvements.

Pay Range

$58,652 - $108,925 per year. Final offers depend on experience, education, skills, location, and internal equity.
