What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and manage incoming orders, coordinating between the sales team, vendor partners, and the revenue department for accuracy and timely processing
- Support and develop vendor and contractor partnerships, managing escalations and resolving workflow issues
- Provide guidance and training sessions to sellers in partnership with Sales Enablement to ensure best practices
- Identify and drive operational improvements and system automation within Salesforce
- Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and act as the operational voice for feedback

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years in revenue operations, order management, sales support, or similar roles
- Proven experience supporting vendors or contractors in a high-volume order management or billing environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple ongoing projects
- Exceptional data analysis skills and proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Pinterest's ad products and the SMB sales channel
- Experience with process automation and business requirements development
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Experience designing or delivering training programs or process documentation
- Advanced communication and relationship-building skills
