Job summary

Responsibilities also include assisting customers in person, by phone, and by email; issuing licenses and permits; and preparing monthly and district tax reports.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of city billing and payment processing procedures.
• Experience with customer service via in person, phone, and email.
• Ability to prepare end-of-month reports and district tax reports.
• AMROA certification or ability to obtain.
• Basic computer and software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes payments for licenses, taxes, sanitation billing, and other transactions.
• Receives deposits from city departments and balances deposits.
• Processes payments via the MAT database and reconciles with bank deposits.
• Assists customers in person, by phone, and by email; issues licenses and permits.
• Prepares end-of-month reports and related tax reporting.
