Confidential is seeking a Staff Revenue Accountant to support revenue recognition, accounting compliance, and customer order processing. You will review contracts, process orders in NetSuite, and assist with month-end close while collaborating with Commercial, Legal, Services, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate revenue records.

The role emphasizes ASC 606 compliance, strong Excel and data analysis, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2–5 years of accounting, sales operations, order management, or revenue accounting experience.
Experience in a SaaS/software environment and ASC 606 knowledge preferred.
Experience reviewing and entering orders for complex software contracts and performing monthly close.

Responsibilities

Review customer contracts, orders, and SOWs to identify revenue terms and recognition requirements.
Ensure correct revenue recording under US GAAP and ASC 606 and process orders in NetSuite.
Support month-end close with journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses.
Collaborate with Commercial, Legal, Services, and Accounting teams on documentation and questions.
Assist with audits and prepare schedules for external auditors.
