Job Description

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing global team at Sectigo.

The Revenue Operations Manager, Sales Technology, will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and strategic development of our sales tools, ensuring they effectively support our sales and marketing teams. This individual will work closely with our Salesforce team and serve as our SME for sales processes and requirements.

This individual contributor role will report to the Revenue Operations organization and partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Rev Ops peers across the globe while working remotely.

Core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role include:

  1. Administer our sales tools (SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Clari, Delivr.ai) to ensure best practices and meet evolving business needs.
  2. Identify opportunities to automate and streamline sales processes within the CRM to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
  3. Collaborate with Sales, IT, Marketing, and Finance teams to align with business objectives and workflows.
  4. Gather business requirements from stakeholders and prepare detailed requirement documents for system improvements and feature enhancements.
  5. Drive best practices with our Salesforce team by serving as our SME on sales processes and procedures.
  6. Partner with Sales Enablement to conduct system and tools training sessions to ensure high adoption and proper usage across teams.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned related to this role and company initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in CRM/systems administration, revenue operations, or sales operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS company. 3 to 5+ years of experience is strongly recommended.
  • Expertise in sales technology such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Clari, Delivr.ai.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how to enhance them with technology.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Obsessive attention to detail; no aspect of a project is too small to matter.
  • Familiarity with intent data platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), and analytics tools.
  • Ability to streamline complex systems and drive process improvements.
  • Operate well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment without requiring significant supervision. Think creatively and independently to resolve conflicts and solve problems.
