Job Summary:

The Revenue Operations Manager will have the ownership of optimizing the customer buyer’s journey. We are seeking a relentless self-starter who is hyper-focused on Identifying and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of sales and marketing operations, streamlining processes to support scalable growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment across all functions and to optimize the overall revenue generation process.
  • Oversee and optimize the integration and utilization of revenue-related technologies (Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo and others), ensuring accuracy and identify trends to help optimize tracking of customer interactions, sales activities, pipeline management, conversion, and velocity.
  • Assist in territory planning to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities to continuously optimize.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance overall revenue performance, including pricing strategy, deal structures, and contract management.
  • Collaborate with Zero Networks’ Customer Engineers to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation and ongoing support of the customer especially around renewals.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive revenue analytics and reporting, including key metrics on pipeline health, sales forecasting and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and implement strategies to enhance the operational efficiency of sales and marketing operations, streamlining processes to support scalable growth.
Requirements:
  • +5 years of proven experience in a Rev Ops role within a high growth B2B Enterprise Cyber Security SaaS company - must.
  • Currently located in NY time zone - must.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience building, managing and optimizing Salesforce CRM, SalesLoft, and other revenue-related platforms - must.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance/related field or an equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with integrations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving process improvements.
  • Familiarity with B2B Enterprise SaaS sales processes.
  • Be ready for the challenge of creating and evolving the role, working at a fun, fast moving pace.
