The Role:

To accelerate and enhance the sales process by establishing reliable systems, optimizing communication, and fostering strong alignment across various internal teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring Client Success operates with consistent effectiveness, clarity, and provides a robust operational framework that empowers both sales, client success, and compliance teams for scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization, Communication & Compliance:

  • Thoroughly document, maintain the accuracy of, and secure approval for all Client Success processes from Madrivo Internal Site, Business Development (BD), Publisher Development Manager (PDM), and Compliance stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute clear communication and comprehensive transition plans for all process modifications.
  • Conduct regular audits of Client Success and Sales processes, diligently track identified issues, and ensure their timely resolution.
  • Drive a significant reduction in process-related errors compared to previous periods.
  • Why this matters: Enables sales and compliance teams to operate more efficiently and confidently, minimizing repetitive inquiries and escalations.
  • Achieve high satisfaction scores from new team members regarding the clarity, thoroughness, and confidence-building aspects of their onboarding experience.
  • Ensure all new team members receive comprehensive training on essential tools and workflows, including ClickUp, Everflow, Retreaver, Leadspedia, and Ringba.
  • Maintain an active and readily accessible resource hub containing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), concise one-pagers, and practical execution templates.
  • Gather regular feedback from BD and PDM teams to identify and implement measurable improvements in clarity and efficiency.
  • Why this matters: Shortens the learning curve for new hires, improves their meeting preparedness, and allows them to contribute more quickly with reduced reliance on others.
  • Independently manage all internal escalations within Client Success, resolving them without requiring executive intervention.
  • Foster strong alignment with Madrivo Internal Site, Compliance, Client Success, BD and PDM teams, evidenced by positive feedback through regular check-ins.
  • Implement a well-defined triage system for Publisher Quality Assurance (QA) and violations, ensuring clear responsibilities for handoffs.
  • Thoroughly document and address the root cause of all high-friction issues.
  • Why this matters: Builds trust and credibility, maintains operational stability, and ensures seamless collaboration across dynamic workflows.

CS Team Accountability & Quality:

  • Maintain a very low rate of Service Level Agreement (SLA) misses across all Client Success deliverables.
  • Ensure all Client Success deliverables undergo thorough quality checks before being shared externally or with other teams.
  • Maintain clear ownership, deadlines, and detailed completion notes for all tasks within ClickUp.
  • Conduct regular internal audits of Client Success work to identify areas for improvement and track the implementation of solutions.
  • Why this matters: Guarantees consistent and reliable performance, minimizes rework, and enhances predictability for all downstream teams.
  • Implement a consistent number of process or tooling improvements each quarter, ensuring thorough documentation and training.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of all documentation and SOPs.
  • Maintain informative reporting dashboards to provide insights to BD, PDM, and Compliance on violations, pacing, and publisher trends.
  • Drive innovations, including automation, AI assistants, and workflow enhancements, that demonstrably accelerate sales velocity, improve execution quality, or mitigate compliance risks.
