What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with the Head of Commercial to design and operationalize sales and customer retention strategies
- Build and maintain scalable processes for territory planning, opportunity management, and renewal workflows
- Define and manage key performance indicators across all revenue lines, providing insights to sales leadership
- Own consolidated revenue reporting and develop forecasting models for new business and renewals
- Ensure process consistency across teams and collaborate with finance and research operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, preferably in media, publishing, research, or subscription-based businesses
- Strong understanding of media sales cycles and B2B subscription models
- Experience in developing and managing KPIs across a multi-product revenue model
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
