Job summary

Anaplan is seeking a Sr. Manager, Revenue Accounting Operations (Professional Services & Bookings) to lead day-to-day revenue operations, ensure ASC 606 compliance, and drive contract-to-cash optimization for complex services contracts.

You will manage a geographically distributed team, partner with GTM functions and deal desk to enable scalable billing, revenue recognition, and reporting, and own systems automation across ERP/CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive revenue accounting and revenue operations experience with ASC 606 expertise.
• Public SaaS or fast-growing enterprise software experience preferred.
• Ability to translate complex contract terms into scalable, automated workflows in our systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to align GTM teams and Accounting.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday and Salesforce CRM-to-ERP integrations.
• CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution and scaling of revenue operations for professional services and bookings.
• Oversee accounting operations for complex professional services contracts and ASC 606 compliance.
• Mentor a geographically distributed team and foster a collaborative, continuous-improvement culture.
• Lead month-end close, strengthen internal controls, support audits, and improve data flows and reporting for bookings.
• Own operational reporting for corporate bookings and related commissions-driven adjustments.
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Order Management, Legal, and FP&A to support deal structuring and billing scalability.
• Identify and drive system automation and process improvements across CRM to ERP.
