Job summary

Fortify Companies is seeking a Revenue Operations Administrator to build and protect trust in our data and reporting. You will own CRM administration, forecasting, and cross-functional reporting across Insurcomm, Rytech, and future acquisitions.

You will partner with IT and Finance to standardize data, maintain a single source of truth, and drive efficient commission processes, while exploring AI tools to streamline tasks and improve leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
• Hands-on CRM administration experience, with HubSpot preferred.
• Experience building or scaling a function from scratch.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills.
• Clear written communication for documenting process and explaining data to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce recurring sales, pipeline, and bookings reports for leadership.
• Maintain dashboards that provide visibility into activity, pipeline, and results.
• Support revenue forecasting by keeping data clean and accurate.
• Partner with IT and Finance to ensure reports are built on correct data.
• Explore AI tools to speed up report building and data analysis.
• Document Revenue Operations processes and support onboarding of new hires.
