Responsibilities

• Assist with mid-year evaluation and refinement of the 2027 North American Sales Incentive Plan.
• Develop and automate sales performance reporting (revenue vs targets, margins, pricing trends).
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify data quality issues and cleanse CRM data.
• Design, develop, and maintain pricing and revenue dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Work with Revenue Operations team, mentors, and advisors on daily tasks.
• Participate in a 12-week cross-functional case study and present to senior leaders.

Throughout the 12‑week program, interns work on high‑impact projects, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and gain exposure to a variety of business functions. As a Revenue Operations Intern (Data Analytics), you will support strategic initiatives that help drive performance, visibility, and decision‑making across the North American sales organization. This is an opportunity to apply your analytical skills to real business challenges, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to projects that have a measurable impact on revenue operations.

Location & Schedule

Global HQ – Rosemont, IL (Hybrid)

• In‑Office: Tuesday – Thursday
• Remote: Monday & Friday

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a high‑impact analytics project focused on improving Revenue Operations performance and business outcomes.
• Assist with the mid‑year evaluation and refinement of the 2027 North American Sales Incentive Plan.
• Support the development and automation of sales performance reporting, including:
  • Revenue performance versus targets and prior‑year benchmarks.
  • Margin analysis and profitability insights.
  • Pricing trends, exceptions, and variance reporting.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify data quality issues and perform CRM data cleansing activities.
• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining pricing and revenue dashboards that support data‑driven decision making.
• Work closely with Revenue Operations team members, advisors, and mentors to complete daily operational and analytical tasks.
• Participate in a 12‑week cross‑functional case study project and present recommendations to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
• Attend team and departmental meetings to gain exposure to broader business operations and share project updates.
• Apply critical thinking and analytical problem‑solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full‑time bachelor's degree program with an expected graduation date in 2028 or 2029.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 preferred.
• Must be local to the Chicagoland area and available to work a hybrid schedule throughout the internship.
• Strong interest in data analytics, revenue operations, sales operations, business intelligence, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated initiative, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to CRM platforms, Salesforce, or other sales technologies preferred.

At Life Fitness / Hammer Strength, we believe in taking care of our team with a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive pay and a range of valuable benefits.

The base wage range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $19.00 - $23.00 per hour and includes eligibility for overtime. The actual base pay will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities. The range reflected is based on a primary work location of Rosemont, IL and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength provides a valuable and enriching experience for interns. Depending on the length and timing of their internship, interns may qualify for paid holidays during their assignment. They are also eligible for paid sick leave as outlined by state and local laws. Eligibility for all benefits is determined by the applicable plan documents and company policies.
