Job summary

Stedi is hiring a Senior Manager of Revenue Accounting & Operations to own revenue accounting and customer billing as the company scales. You’ll ensure revenue integrity across contracts and data, oversee invoices, recognition, close, and audit-ready reporting.

You’ll build a scalable path from metered usage to invoicing and collection, improve data flows, and drive automation to reduce manual work while maintaining accuracy and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience in a SaaS environment.
• At least 3 years in revenue accounting or revenue operations.
• Deep expertise in ASC 606, including usage-based billing.
• Ability to translate complex accounting concepts into practical operating requirements.
• Experience owning end-to-end billing or order-to-cash processes.
• Proven ability to build and scale revenue accounting processes in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform revenue month-end close and audit readiness activities.
• Analyze non-standard arrangements for ASC 606 revenue recognition and document conclusions.
• Own customer billing processes: validate usage, issue invoices/credits, resolve exceptions.
• Modernize revenue accounting infrastructure with scalable, automated systems.
• Maintain and update revenue recognition policies across product lines.
• Collaborate with partners to close process gaps and improve customer experience.
