Job summary

Decagon is seeking a results-oriented Sales Operations professional to own core GTM processes and drive data-driven insights. You will manage accounts, opportunities, renewals, and reports, while ensuring accurate CRM data and scalable processes across teams.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, leverage Salesforce and GTM tools, and help shape operational efficiency to accelerate revenue growth. This is an in-office SF role focused on execution and impact.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations or equivalent role.
• You identify broken processes and fix them proactively.
• Strong end-to-end ownership and bias for action.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to cross-functionally collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Own key day-to-day GTM processes including account & opportunity ownership and renewals.
• Drive reports and dashboard creation; operationalize territories and workflows.
• Monitor CRM data quality and generate data-driven insights for leadership.
• Create and maintain documentation for internal processes and systems.
