Job summary

Grubhub Inc. is seeking an Associate, Revenue Operations to act as an operational engine supporting GTM teams and strategic merchant partnerships. You will maintain CRM data hygiene, build actionable reports, and help with workflows for key merchant accounts.

The role sits at the core of revenue operations, offering ownership over data infrastructure and partner enablement while collaborating across Sales, Onboarding, and Success teams. This is a hybrid role with in-office days in Chicago.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or similar role.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with reports, dashboards, and basic automations.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with data scrubbing and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards tracking funnel progress and onboarding throughput.
• Create SOPs and quick reference guides to drive adoption of new processes.
• Support partner accounts through contract and onboarding workflows.
• Coordinate with legal and account teams on agreement tracking and signatures.
