Job summary

Zūm is seeking a Revenue Operations Business Operations Lead in Redwood Shores, CA (hybrid, 3 days in the office). You will build and maintain spreadsheet-based models that power AR aging, invoice accuracy, and collections tracking, with occasional customer-facing interactions.

You’ll collaborate with Location Managers and cross-functional teams, apply complex formulas and Google Apps Script automation, investigate discrepancies, and drive process improvements to ensure data integrity and timely

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial operations analysis or revenue operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills with complex formulas and pivot tables in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Google Apps Script automation is a strong plus.
• Comfort using AI tools to support clear, well-defined business logic and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain spreadsheet-based models that support AR aging, invoice accuracy, and collections tracking.
• Own ongoing maintenance of these models as business needs evolve.
• Use complex formulas, pivot tables, and Apps Script automation to streamline data processing.
• Investigate discrepancies between invoiced amounts and contract/pricing data to root-cause issues.
• Communicate with Location Managers and stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes.
