Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial/business operations analysis or related role.
• Experience with AR/billing processes and reconciliations.
• Comfort using AI tools to support clear business logic.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and refine spreadsheet models to support AR aging, invoice accuracy, and collections tracking.
• Own maintenance of these models as business needs evolve.
• Automate data processing with formulas, pivot tables, and automation tools.
• Investigate discrepancies between invoiced amounts and contract data.
• Collaborate with Location Managers and stakeholders to resolve billing issues.
