Job summary

Jobtailor in Chicago seeks a senior leader to own analytics and data governance across Revenue Operations, driving visibility, governance, and forecast accuracy. You will shape the analytics strategy and build a high‑performing team across data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence.

You will partner with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Finance, and Enterprise Tech, establishing standards and dashboards, while advancing data pipelines and a governed analytics layer to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in analytics, revenue operations, business intelligence, or data strategy leadership within a commercial environment.
• 7+ years leading analytics or data teams.
• Deep experience with BI and analytics platforms (Tableau, Salesforce, Power BI).
• Familiarity with CRM data structures (Salesforce, Gainsight).
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools.
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts.
• Experience designing and implementing data governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a matrixed environment.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, insurance technology, or multi‑market commercial organizations strongly preferred.
• Strong executive communication skills.
• Track record of building high‑performing teams.
