Revenue Operations Analyst

Hasura is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our GTM Strategy & Operations team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our business processes as we continuously iterate on our GTM strategies to meet and excel our revenue goals. This will require creative problem-solving, exceptional communication, and meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, proactive and takes initiative, is self-motivated with a passion for continuous self-improvement and innovation, and is excited to make a broad impact within a fast-paced startup environment.

What the role will involve:
  • CRM Administration: Serve as one of the primary Salesforce administrators, responsible for maintaining, customizing, and evaluating the platform to meet the evolving needs of the Sales team - including Flow automations, field creations, page UI interface updates, validation requirements, and more.
  • GTM Tools Efficiency: Ensure business applications are optimized and cohesively working together to provide the Sales team a world-class selling tool-kit.
  • Data Quality: Perform data deduplication, data backfills, and data monitoring.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with sales representatives to understand their needs and challenges, and provide effective solutions using Salesforce and other business applications.
  • Troubleshoot ad-hoc issues reported by Sales Representatives and cross-functional stakeholders, identifying root causes and implementing timely solutions.
  • Process Documentation: Update and maintain clear documentation related to Salesforce configurations, processes, and best practices to ensure smooth onboarding and operations within the team.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Understand existing reporting structures and the mechanisms by which they are maintained and updated by operations.
  • Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to create reports and dashboards to track KPIs and other key initiatives and metrics.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including Enablement, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Support to align on revenue lifecycle management activities and seamless execution of processes and integrations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on Salesforce administration and business process optimization.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, including but not limited to Flows, custom objects, back-end configurations, and reports/dashboards.
  • Familiar with business applications such as Clari, Outreach, LeanData, and ChurnZero.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to effectively leverage project and time management skills to balance competing priorities and timelines with constant needs shifts.

San Francisco Office (Hybrid)

Compensation:

The compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 - $100,000 (including bonus) plus ESOPs.
