About The Role
The role sits at the center of the go-to-market engine: owning the Salesforce environment, revenue data pipelines, and reporting that sales, marketing, and finance teams rely on to make decisions.
You will turn messy CRM and product data into reliable dashboards, fix broken processes, and surface insights that directly influence pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and territory design.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and administer Salesforce.com — manage objects, validation rules, flows, and user permissions across sales and CS teams
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in Salesforce, Looker, or Tableau covering pipeline, win rates, rep performance, and forecast health
- Design and monitor revenue data pipelines between CRM, billing systems (Stripe/Zuora), and the data warehouse; investigate and resolve data-quality issues
- Partner with sales leadership on territory planning, quota setting, and account segmentation using quantitative analysis
- Support forecasting cadence — audit deal hygiene, flag anomalies, and tighten the process ahead of board-level forecasts
- Evaluate, implement, and integrate GTM tooling (e.g., Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Clari) and drive adoption of new workflows
- Document systems and processes, enabling self-service reporting for stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analysis at a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Hands-on Salesforce administration (objects, flows, reports); Salesforce Admin certification preferred
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets in a warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift)
- Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI with an eye for data modeling and metric definitions
- Track record of leading tool implementations or process changes across cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (economics, statistics, engineering, or similar) or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Python or R for ad-hoc analysis; experience with Zuora/Stripe billing data; exposure to commission and incentive comp design
