Job summary

Roo is a veterinary staffing platform powering relief work and hiring across animal hospitals. We empower over 20,000 professionals and 9,000 hospitals.

We are seeking a RevOps/Sales Ops lead to own the relief-to-hire pipeline in CRM, build weekly scorecards and forecasts, and run data-driven experiments to grow revenue.

• Experience in RevOps or sales ops.
• Strong SQL skills.
• CRM proficiency.
• Data-driven with clear written communication.
