Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Support recurring revenue reporting, dashboards, and analysis for pipeline, bookings, forecast, and sales activity.
• Analyze revenue and sales data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and investigation areas.
• Assist with forecasting, pipeline management, territory and account analysis.
• Maintain dashboards and KPIs for revenue performance and seller productivity.
• Support sales planning activities including territory planning, quota allocation, and capacity planning.
• Help maintain accurate CRM data through audits, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot reporting and data questions.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and workflows.
• Support Revenue Operations projects, documentation, data analysis, testing and implementation.
• Develop understanding of Cadent's revenue processes and systems to provide insights.
