About The Role
The Revenue Operations Analyst connects CRM data, go-to-market systems, and business processes to improve how revenue teams plan, execute, and measure growth. The role owns reporting and analysis across sales, marketing, and customer success, with a focus on data quality, funnel visibility, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
You will translate business requirements into scalable workflows, dashboards, and system improvements. Working across Salesforce, marketing automation, billing, and BI tools, you will help leadership make better decisions and enable revenue teams to operate from consistent, trusted data.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain revenue dashboards and recurring reports covering pipeline, conversion, bookings, retention, forecast accuracy, and funnel performance
- Audit and improve data quality across Salesforce and connected systems, including field governance, deduplication, validation rules, and lifecycle definitions
- Translate stakeholder requirements into CRM workflows, reporting specifications, process documentation, and system enhancements
- Analyze funnel and cohort data using SQL, Excel or Google Sheets, and BI tools to identify leakage, productivity gaps, and growth opportunities
- Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and business systems teams to standardize metrics, handoffs, and operating processes
- Support forecasting and planning cycles by preparing pipeline analysis, territory and quota reporting, and variance analysis
- Manage and prioritize revenue operations projects, coordinating testing, rollout, user enablement, and post-launch measurement
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analytics, business systems, or a related analytical function
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM, including reporting, data management, and basic workflow configuration
- Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills; able to query, reconcile, and interpret data from multiple business systems
- Experience building dashboards and reporting in tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce CRM Analytics
- Working knowledge of revenue processes, including lead routing, opportunity management, pipeline stages, forecasting, and customer lifecycle operations
- Strong project-management and communication skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous business needs into clear requirements and deliverables
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, information systems, or a related field; Bonus: experience with Snowflake, dbt, HubSpot, Marketo, Gong, Clari, or SaaS metrics
