We are seeking a strategic and analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to help align and optimize our sales, marketing, and customer success efforts—fueling sustainable revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency, improve data integrity, streamline workflows, and maximize revenue potential across the organization based on data-informed decision making. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, this role will help support the company’s top go-to-market and operational priorities within the Office of the CEO. This is a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies in collaboration with the GTM leadership team
- Optimize sales and marketing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness and improve revenue performance to achieve topline goals
- Directly implement and manage automation tools and technologies to streamline operations
- Ensure data integrity across all systems and provide reporting and analytical support
- Create and maintain dashboards for revenue forecasting and business health monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
- Partner with leadership to strategize, operationalize, and analyze business initiatives
- Oversee systems administration and recommend tools to improve data quality and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, strategy consulting or similar roles in a B2B SaaS capacity
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and manage business intelligence reporting and dashboarding (e.g., Tableau)
- Proficiency in CRM systems & GTM tooling (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Pardot, Outreach, Chilipiper)
- Outstanding communication, leadership skills, and ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and convey insights effectively to stakeholders
- Strong change agent – with the ability to work at all levels across the organization to drive change
- Strong bias to action – with a high level of motivation to succeed/win
- Preferred familiarity with any vertical-specific SaaS industry or beauty and wellness industry
