Job summary

PLACEM!NT by TZ Consulting in Fort Myers, FL seeks a hands-on Med Spa Manager to own daily operations, drive revenue, and lead a service team in a high-growth setting. You will manage staffing, scheduling, KPIs, and client experience, while partnering with clinical leadership to deliver premium results and memberships growth.

You will be out front with clients and staff, actively coaching, and ensuring the floor runs smoothly, with a focus on revenue, memberships, and rebooking across the spa.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a location-level business in med spa, aesthetics, wellness, or related fields.
• Experience leading a team of 4+ across front-of-house and service roles.
• Track record of hitting and improving KPI-based goals: revenue, memberships, rebooking, utilization, or conversion.
• Comfortable with client-facing consultative conversations about services and memberships.
• Strong operational fundamentals: staffing plans, scheduling, daily execution standards, and service recovery.
• Familiarity with scheduling systems, POS, and CRM tools (platforms flexible).
• Available for Saturday appointment coverage and on-site in Fort Myers, FL.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily rhythm of the practice: staffing, scheduling, team huddles, and floor execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop front desk and service teams to meet performance and service standards.
• Track KPIs and report practice performance to regional leadership.
• Model consultative, client-facing conversations and guide clients to services and memberships.
• Ensure follow-up on leads, inquiries, and consults via CRM and booking systems.
• Drive local marketing, partnerships, and on-site promotions to boost traffic and revenue.
• Maintain standards for cleanliness, compliance, and daily readiness.
