OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels is seeking a Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy and distribution for condo and vacation rental portfolios at our Waikiki location. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, pricing, inventory, and channel optimization while partnering with operations to align commercial goals.

The role requires hospitality experience, knowledge of RevPAR, ADR and occupancy, and proficiency with Excel, PMS, CRS and BI systems. Onsite full‑time work in Honolulu is required.

Qualifications

• Two years in hospitality industry; at least two years in a revenue-related discipline preferred.
• Business or Hospitality-related degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas) with working knowledge of PMS, CRS and BI systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue strategy and distribution for condo and vacation rental portfolios to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, pricing, inventory, and channel optimization based on market trends.
• Partner with operations and leadership to align commercial strategies with business goals.
• Manage OTA performance, ensuring optimized listings, rate parity, and brand compliance.
• Provide leadership and development for the Revenue Analyst and drive data‑driven decisions.
