Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Miami is seeking a Revenue Management Intern to gain hands-on experience in hotel revenue strategy and commercial operations, working closely with the Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.

You will support rate and inventory analysis, market research, forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking, learning how pricing strategies, demand patterns, distribution channels, and market trends influence occupancy, revenue, profitability, and overall hotel

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently graduated from a hospitality, business, tourism, culinary, or related degree program.
• Strong interest in hotel operations, hospitality leadership and guest service.
• Prior hospitality, food service or campus leadership experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support daily revenue management activities including rate and inventory analysis.
• Conduct market research, forecasting and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing and Finance teams.
• Assist with reporting, data collection, and communication across departments.
• Learn pricing strategies, demand patterns, distribution channels, and market trends.
