Highgate Hotels is offering a Summer 2027 Revenue Management internship in Miami. You will analyze hotel performance, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and support decision-making with data-driven insights.

The role is onsite, with mentorship from senior revenue leaders and exposure to revenue strategy meetings. The program starts in June and targets students pursuing degrees in hospitality, finance or analytics, with strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or related field.
• Coursework in revenue management, finance, analytics or data tools preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue and yield analyses across market segments and channels.
• Assist with evaluating performance against budget, forecast and demand.
• Prepare short- and long-term revenue reports and forecasts.
• Monitor KPIs, booking trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
• Participate in revenue strategy meetings and ad hoc analyses.
• Gain hands-on exposure to revenue management tools and systems.
