Job summary

Highgate Hotels is offering a 2027 Revenue Management Internship in Boston to explore the business side of hospitality and learn how hotels make commercial decisions daily. You’ll work with experienced leaders, gain exposure to hotel performance, and develop analytical and business skills while onsite starting in June.

You will support revenue and yield efforts, learn revenue management tools, and participate in strategy meetings with Highgate revenue leaders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed bachelor’s degree in hospitality, finance, economics, data analytics, business, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic; ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue and yield analysis across market segments and distribution channels.
• Assist with evaluating performance against budget, forecast, booking pace, and market demand.
• Help prepare short- and long-term reports, forecasts, and revenue analyses.
• Monitor KPIs, booking trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
• Participate in revenue strategy meetings and ad hoc analysis projects.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills with data and reports.
