Highgate Hotels in Downtown Miami is seeking a Revenue Management Intern for Summer 2027 at The Elser Hotel & Residences. You will gain hands-on experience in rate analysis, forecasting, and distribution while rotating through Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recent graduate of hospitality/business/tourism degree programs.
• Interest in hotel operations and guest service with growth mindset.
• Past customer service, hospitality, or campus leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing setting.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily revenue management tasks and analyses.
• Support rate and inventory reviews, forecasting, and reporting.
• Participate in a structured departmental rotation across key areas.
• Greet guests, support front desk operations, and aid service recovery.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other teams as needed.
• Attend operational meetings and shift briefings.
• Learn pricing strategies and market dynamics affecting occupancy and revenue.
