Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Miami is offering a 2027 Revenue Management Internship to explore the business side of hospitality and learn how hotels make commercial decisions daily. You’ll work with experienced leaders, gain exposure to hotel performance, and begin developing the analytical and business skills that help drive results across a hotel portfolio.

Our program starts in June. Applicants should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics,

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• Coursework in hotel revenue management, finance, analytics, data analysis, or related tools is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated work ethic and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and identifying opportunities or challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support hotel revenue and yield efforts through analysis and reporting across market segments and distribution channels.
• Assist with evaluating performance against budget, forecast, booking pace, and market demand.
• Help prepare short- and long-term reports, forecasts, and revenue analyses.
• Monitor key performance indicators, booking trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
• Participate in revenue strategy meetings and support special projects and ad hoc analysis.
• Gain hands-on exposure to Revenue Management tools, systems, and strategies while learning from experienced Highgate revenue leaders.
