Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years total experience in pricing and revenue management.
• Experience leading a revenue management function.
• Strong understanding of CPG trade: pricing and promotion planning.
• Proven leadership with cross-functional exposure.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel (≤20%).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Revenue Management team driving pricing, promotion, and trade strategy across Chobani’s product portfolio.
• Partner with sales and customer finance to assess opportunities and implement adjustments.
• Act as thought-leader for Chobani’s trade programs across customers and channels.
• Maintain reporting infrastructure and provide insights on pricing dynamics.
• Support planning processes by incorporating adjustments into forecasts.
• Develop tools to assess promo performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Establish pricing for innovation using market research.
• Prepare quarterly and monthly business reviews with senior leadership.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Category, Insights, Marketing, Supply Chain for support.
• Identify opportunities for organizational changes.
