Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Category Development Manager to lead analytics-driven category strategy for key retailers in the East Division. You will partner with customers like ShopRite and Price Chopper to craft insights that drive category growth and improve retail performance.

As a core member of the Grocery Team, you will deliver category reporting, trend analyses, and data-driven recommendations, while supporting planograms and strategic initiatives across internal teams. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years consumer packaged goods category management experience.
• Highly skilled in data analytics & presentation building.
• Strong ability to translate facts & insights into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence & build partnerships with headquarter level customers and internal partners.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop & cultivate strong relationships with key retailer customers.
• Provide category reporting, trend analysis, and ad hoc projects for internal & external partners.
• Turn insights into elevated actionable recommendations.
• Leverage trends & insights to drive category growth.
• Create data-based materials for customer presentations with clear data visualization.
• Support planogram and space-to-sales analysis to optimize retailer plans.
• Identify opportunities and help improve tools, templates, and processes.
• Serve as the category expert across internal cross-functional teams.
