Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Management Advisor I in Richardson, TX to provide insights from a revenue management and operations perspective. You will collaborate with internal staff and customers to understand strategy and track performance.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment, with up to 20% travel and after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years of experience in multifamily property management or related industry.
• Experience using Microsoft office products; Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to influence others.
• Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal RealPage staff.
• Review pricing recommendations with or on the customers behalf to ensure adoption and satisfaction.
• Regular discussions with site, regional and asset managers related to pricing questions.
• Consult with customers on operational questions related to Revenue Management.
• Consult with customers on parameter reviews and tuning.
• Articulate the revenue management value proposition and develop credibility across client organizations.
• Coordinate with other RealPage teams to facilitate timely implementation and client success.
